Lil Johnson

Blues singer Lil Johnson is best known for her suggestive lyrics and song titles like “Anybody Want to Buy my Cabbage” and “Press My Button (Ring My Bell).” Very little is known about Lil’s life, though. According to Wikipedia, when and where she was born are a mystery, as is what happened to her after her recording career ended in the late 1930s.
